Andre is a total fitness junkie with experience in the megaformer, HIIT, and TRX and is constantly looking for a workout that is challenging. Andre found his niche in yoga 2 years ago and then pursued his 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate. Andre carefully crafts vinyasa flow sequences and accompanies the practice with a unique and inspiring playlist. He has found that yoga is a great complement to any exercise regimen and can provide a strong core and foundation. Also a registered nurse, Andre delivers a practice that promotes wellness and aspires to leave you with a sense of success after stepping off your mat.
