We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 11 bikes so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

 

Core Cycling

Where It All Starts

Beginners welcome. Learn to master your breath and engage your core through three basic positions. Learn to find your strength in the morning!

Rhythm Cycling

Sweaty & Satisfying

Get your heart rate up, burn calories, and improve muscle endurance and strength in this faster paced class. Follow the rhythm of the music and feed off the energy of fellow riders as you glide on fast flats, discover jumps, and manage mixed terrains.

Super Core Cycling

Pure Exhilaration

This is a no nonsense ride. Climb steeper hills,  jump at a faster pace, pick up the speed in saddle rides to build up to the maximum heart rate. This ride is a must have for cycling lovers.

Stretch Therapy

Flex your body

Stretch therapy gently pushes the limits of your flexibility. It is a hands on session aimed to improve range of motion, loosen sore and tight muscles and help you reach your body's optimal health.

 Class Policies:

  • Clients must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.

  • Must arrive 15 minutes early if you need to sign-up in-person and pay.

  • Clients who sign up online must still arrive with 15 minutes before class to adjust bikes and/or instructions for yoga.

  • Cancellation Policy:

 You must cancel at least 3-5 hours before a class. The earliest the better or no-shows will be late charged the value of the class (no refund).

  • Accounts can be frozen or paused with proper notice within limitations. Feel free to ask or inquire.

  • You must book a class at least 3 hours prior or you will not be registered.

    These guidelines help us ensure an organized system due to our limited sized classes. We provide a non-crowded, cozy experience for those that wish to exercise and relax. You shouldn’t have to compete for a spot or ever have to worry about not finding one because we make it our priority to not overbook.
